At the end of the 1950s, Avantgarde art group New Horizons was winning greater acceptance within the Israeli art sphere. At the point, several of its members began swaying towards abstract art. The move created a rift within the group that would consequently lead to its breakup. Archive footage presents the spirit of the group as distinct from that of the society at large. A portion of a film produced by the Israeli Film Service.
