A film produced by the Information Center (Hasbara) in collaboration with the National Council for Research and Development, which explains the importance of drinking and resting in dealing with the heat load in Israel. The film features animated clips alongside footage of experiments conducted on volunteers who perform physical activity while their body temperature is measured. The following clip demonstrates how much fluid should we drink to avoid sunstroke, depending on the amount of physical exercise we do, and also refutes some prejudices about drinking water, in order to encourage the viewers to adopt better drinking habits to cope with the heat load in Israel (Directors and animation: Yoram and Alina Gross, cinematography: Nissim Leon).
