A film produced by the Information Center (Hasbara) in collaboration with the National Council for Research and Development, which explains the importance of drinking and resting in dealing with the heat load in Israel. The film features animated clips alongside footage of experiments conducted on volunteers who perform physical activity while their body temperature is measured. The film clarifies how the body maintains a constant temperature, what is the cooling effect of sweating in a hot climate, and how much fluid should we drink to avoid sunstroke, depending on the amount of physical exercise we do. Using simple scientific explanations, the film educates its viewers how to adopt better habits to cope with the heat load in Israel.
