On the seventh episode, Hagari and Yoav receive a letter and a key from Mr. Kook, who is in Brazil. Kook asks the children to visit the magic shop and supervise the road traffic safety in their neighborhood until he returns to Tel Aviv. Yoav visits the shop and notices that Einat, Hagar’s friend, is riding her bicycle and committing traffic violations such as driving on a one-way street against the direction of traffic. Yoavi rings the bell and Einat suddenly appears in the shop, next to her is Hagar, and also Mr. Kook reappears in his shop. Kook explains to Einat that she cycles in a dangerous manner, and Einat learns she should be careful and obey traffic rules.
