An excerpt from In Jerusalem, a short documentary produced by Merkaz Hahasbara (the Israeli Film Service) and the World Zionist Organization.
Any beggar could be the Messiah, says poet Zelda in an interview in her Jerusalem home. This excerpt, which documents the poorer residents of the Israeli capital, caused a conflict between director David Perlov and the governmental Merkaz Hahasbara, which had funded the production.
