Metal shacks against a view of the Arava, sands and wilderness. A group of engineers inspects maps. A convoy of trucks arrives with equipment. Metal rods are unloaded from a truck. Men build a fence. Settlers stretch ropes and set up tents. Shacks are constructed from metal sheets. Men draw water from a well. The camps opening ceremony is held, where men plant a tree. The flag of Israel is raised on a flagpole. A man hangs a sign on a metal shacks roof: Tel Yerucham Transit Camp.
