Meir Dizengoff, Mayor of Tel Aviv, visitד children at a refugee camp in Jaffa during the Great Arab Revolt. Dizengoff stands in a tent encampment with a crowd around him, speaking to children and giving away gifts which he brought with him. Children are playing on the shore and in the water, Dizengoff walks among them. Back to the shot of Dizengoff at the ten encampments speaking and giving away gifts.
