A film produced by the Jewish National Fund. It presents the ecological crisis plaguing 1970s Israel with graphic candidness: from the pollution of streams to urbanisation that pays no mind to the landscape or to society. The film then ventures to present reforestation in the manner of the Jewish National fund as an ideal solution to a number of ecological issues, adding that the JNF forest: “have become a symbol of Israel’s Renaissance”.
