British and French Delegates Become Ambassadors

The French delegate, Édouard-Félix Guyon, enters the office of the President of the State for the occasion of his elevation to the rank of Ambassador, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs Moshe Sharett and Acting President Yosef Sprinzak. He signs the charter, delivers it and leaves the building. Following him enters the British delegate, Francis Evans, handing over the signed paper. Various guests and are present in the ceremony.
