Yossi (Yosef) Yadin (1920-2001), recipient of the 1991 Israel Theatre Prize, was one of the Cameri Theatre’s leading actors. Some of his stage credits include All My Sons, Death of a Salesman, He Walked Through the Fields, and The Master Builder. In 1951, Yadin appeared in the Swiss film, Four in a Jeep, directed by Leopold Lindtberg and Elizabeth Montagu. The film won a Golden Berlin Bear award at the inaugural Berlin International Film Festival. Highlights of his other film credits include: Every Mile a Stone (Aryeh Lahola, 1954), Halfon Hill Doesn’t Answer (Thorold Dickinson, 1954) El Dorado (Menahem Golan, 1963), Trunk to Cairo (Menahem Golan, 1965), and Love at Second Sight (Michal Bat-Adam, 1998).
