Yehuda Kaveh is a documentary filmmaker and director. From 1975 to his retirement, Kaveh worked for the Israeli public broadcasting service where he made dozens of film documentaries. Following his retirement, he carried on directing films, in addition to teaching at Jerusalem’s Hebrew University and Haifa University’s respective media departments.
Highlights of his directorial film credits include The Trial and Death of Meir Tobianski (1981), Kastner Trial (1984), Letters from Lebanon (1988) which won an award at the Munich International Film Festival (Filmfest München), Operation Mural (2004), Avidanium (2005), and The Children of Teheran (2007). Kaveh also directed two episodes in the documentary series T’Kuma (‘revival’) (1998).
