Michael Aloni is a television and film actor, TV presenter, author, and graduate of the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio. Aloni has appeared in a host of stage plays including Shakespeare in Love and Bent – both of which ran at Israel’s national Habima Theatre. His starring role in the hit teen drama, The Eight, made him a household name amongst the children and teen demographic. Highlights of Aloni’s other TV credits include Deus, Shtisel. The Orpheus Project, When Heroes Fly, and Our Boys . Aloni was also the host of the Israeli version of The Voice.
Aloni’s list of film credits include Infiltration (Dover Kosashvili, 2010), Policeman (Nadav Lapid, 2011), Out in the Dark (Michael Mayer, 2012), Antenna (Arik Rothstein, 2016), And Then She Arrived (Roee Florentin, 2017), and Virgins (Keren Ben Rafael, 2018). In 2017, Aloni published his debut novel, Love in the Age of the Flu.
