Eliav Lilti is an Israeli film and television director and editor, and a graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Department of Film and Television Studies. Lilti started out directing a string of promos and adverts and in 1999, he was behind the Israeli Labour Party’s TV ad campaigns for that year’s general election. Highlights of his TV and film directorial credits include: The Ivgy & Suissa Report (‘doch ivgi swissa’, 1999), Zbeng (2000), Internal Affairs (‘hakira pnimit’, 2008), Project Runway (2009), Lost (2001), Israel: A Home Movie (2012; this documentary series was later reedited and repackaged as a film that was then shown at the Jerusalem Film Festival, and a range of cinematheques, nationwide), Urban Tale (2012), Kishon: His Name Precedes him 2016), and Meir Ariel – A Song of Pain (2020).
