Michal Zoharetz is an actress and TV presenter. Zoharetz started out as a model and in the nineties, she studied at the Yoram Loewnstein Performing Arts Studio whilst already landing both film and television roles. Between 2003-2006, she presented Israeli public broadcaster, Channel 1’s primetime weekend programme, Friday with Michal (‘shishi im Michal.’) Highlights of her film credits include: American Citizen (Eitan Green, 1992), The Revenge of Itzik Finkelstein (Enrique Rottenberg, 1993), Aya: Imagined Autobiography (Michal Bat-Adam, 1994), Things (Amos Gitai, 1995), and Love at Second Sight (Michal Bat-Adam, 1998), a part for which Zoharetz was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Ophir award.
