The vision of the Hadassah organization and its investment in Israel – the educational activity of the organization in Israel and its contribution to the building of the country. The investment in education and advanced education methods is manifested in the establishment of the Saligsberg Brandeis School in Jerusalem which aims to provide professional training for girls and boys. The first director, Helen Kittner, describes the vision and goals. The school provided its graduates, who completed four years of study, with graduation certificates in a variety of subjects: thought craft, sewing, cooking, shorthand, and accounting. The organization also established the Hadassah Institute for counseling in choosing a profession and the Hadassah College, where young people study in one of the majors: electronics, computers, photography, and laboratory workers. The graduates talk about the studies and training they received.
