The Kaplan Prize for productivity is held in the Binyanei Hauma in Jerusalem. The hall has a large crowd and the stage is distinguished by Dr. Deborah Kaplan, Mordechai Namir, Minister of Labor, Pinchas Sapir, Minister of Trade and Industry, D. Mushon Director of the Institute for Productivity. Dr. Deborah Kaplan grants the award and the winners: the Horet factory of the Broynik brothers: Avraham and Gedalya. The Davidka mortars shells has been manufactured in this factory before.
The views of the Horet factory from the inside, the employees work in the factory. Other winners are dairy workers. View of the cows in the cowshed, and then the winners are on stage at the award ceremony.
