A documentary produced by Histadrut about sheep farming in Israel.
Milking is no longer done manually, the sheep receive modern medical treatments, and the cheese production process is mechanized. Will the industry supplant shepherding in Israel? This short film discusses the future of the shepherd and the sheep in the modern world. Dialogs between actors Illi Gorlitzky (dressed up as a black sheep) and Bomba Tzur (in white sheepskin) illustrate the conflict between progress and shepherding.
