The film Gate to Paradise, was produced by the Jewish National Fund to present the development of Jewish settlements in the Golan Heights after it was conquered during the SixDay War in 1967. The views of the Upper Golan Heights show the new kibbutzim established there, and land development works and agricultural land from the Sea of ​​Galilee to Mount Hermon. The film shows the tourist areas such as Lake Kineret, Syrian bunkers captured during the war and abandoned tanks left in the area, the Banias River, the Ussishkin House in Kibbutz Dan and Hermon, and provides a glimpse into the Druze community living in the area.
