Annual memorial service for Olei Hagardom at Akko (Acre) prison with the participation of bereaved families, politicians and former members of the pre-state underground organisations Irgun and Lehi, led by Menachem Begin. The service opens upon visiting the Akko (Acre) prison, where the crowd is entering the grounds of the prison and a parade by young men in uniform carries the flag of the underground. Later the crowd gathers at the gallows cell, where a cantor delivers a prayer. The space of the gallows cell include the hanging rope and the pit. After visiting the Akko prison, the service continues to the cemetery of Moshav Shavei Tzion, where the Acre Prison break members, Irgun and Lehi members, are buried.
