Counselor to the West German Embassy in Israel Alexander Török disembarks his plane at the Lod Airport. The same night, yellow badges with the inscription Remember are painted on roads in Israel in protest against the establishment of the German embassy. At the Dizengoff Square in Tel Aviv, many demonstrators participate in a rally against the arrival of the German Ambassador Rolf Friedemann Pauls.
