A comic film produced by the Prime Minister’s Office’s Minhal Ha’hasbara, advocating the Civil Defence Corps’ (HAGA) activity.
The story of Mr. Yosef Kiki, a regional inspector in HAGA, who is summoned to a hearing at his building committee. Kiki is accused of incessantly harassing his neighbors: he drags them to the bomb shelter on false alarms, forcibly demonstrates first aid on them, and even kicks out the neighbor’s dog from his kennel in the shelter. But moments before the committee reaches a verdict, chance convincingly proves Mr. Kiki right.
