The film outlines the history of the kibbutz, from its beginnings as a hut adjacent to the village of Umm Junieh in 1910, to its state as a prosperous community in 1960. It showcases the unique architecture on the kibbutz, the Gordon museum of local flora and fauna, the achievements of kibbutz members who are writers and artists and the life of children on the kibbutz. It concludes with the festive procession of Shavuot, held for the fiftieth consecutive time. The film was produced by the Histadrut Film Department.
