An excerpt from Blood Oath, a documentary produced by Histadrut about the moshav of Patish.
Members of the Jewish-Kurdish Cohen family return from their work in the fields and gather for a meal at home. But even though their living room is furnished with a table, they sit down to eat on the floor. It is hard to uproot age-old habits at once, comments the narrator. The houses walls are decorated with traditional Kurdish rugs.
