An excerpt from a documentary film produced by the Israeli Film Service and the Jewish Agency documenting life in Moshav Ahuzam in the Lakhish region through the story of the couple Masoud and Yamna Peretz who immigrated to Israel from Morocco in 1951 and were integrated in Ahuzam with their children. In the following clip the family members go about their everyday routine in the moshav as the camera watches quietly and without intervention as Masoud plows the field and picks the vegetables, and Yamna works in the vegetable garden and fields, and cooks for her family. Masoud and Yamnas thoughts are conveyed in a narration delivered by Haim Yavin (Director: Isaac Zepel Yeshurun, cinematography: Jachin Hirsch, script: Avshalom Katz, narration script: Yosef Bat-Yosef, narrator: Haim Yavin, producer: Miriam Renen, soundtrack: Melvin Keller).
