Israel Film Service, in collaboration with the Prime Ministers Office and the Jewish Agency, presents a film review on the life and work of Eliyahu Golomb as head of the “Haganah” (The Defense) movement and the importance of the movement for the establishment of the Zionist settlement in Israel. The film includes scenes from Eliyahu Golomb Museum, along with archival short videos and photos of the leader’s achievements from his youth as a soldier in the Jewish Legion while becoming one of the founders and leader of the “Haganah”. which led to the establishment of “Homa and Migdal” Settlements (Tower and Stockade) and “Palmach” Companies.
