A comic film produced by Prime Minister’s Office’s Minhal Ha’hasbara to promote the payment of National Insurance contributions.
Elimelech Ketzer, an electritian, finds out one morning that his debt to the National Insurance (Bituah Leumi) has been published in the paper. The rest of Ketzer’s day is even more dramatic: he almost gets hit by a car, realizes that he is aging, and finally becomes a father of twins. These events demonstrate the National Insurance’s importance to him.
