A film presenting the history of Hebrew aviation. The film was edited from excerpts from the Carmel newsreel archive. The film tells the story of Hebrew aviation from the early attempts which included horsedrawn gliders, through the establishment of Aviron company, the role of aircraft in Arab revolt and World War II, the landing of the first aircraft from abroad in Tel Aviv, the establishment of the Air Force and its contribution to the War of Independence. , The establishment of El Al, Arkia, Israel Aerospace Industries, and various uses of the aircraft, such as healing flights for children with whooping cough, and bringing the first banknotes to the young state of Israel.
the film also acknowledges the many men who promoted the aviation industry in the country.
