A ceremony marking the twenty-fifth anniversary of the establishment of the Etz Hazayit factory. Minister of Industry and Trade Pinhas Sapir and Petach Tikva Mayor Pinchas Rashish address the audience. The founder of the factory Chaim Leibowitz talks about the establishment of the factory and archival footage from the laying of the cornerstone of the factory is displayed. After twenty-five years, the plant employs 120 workers and provides about a third of Israels oil production. Minister of Industry and Trade Pinhas Sapir tours the factorys new olive press. The production of oil in the new olive press is done by automatic machines and without human contact. At the end of the process, the olive oil comes out of the machines and transferred to storage in large containers. One of the factory managers gives Pinchas Sapir a box of olive oil.
