A propaganda sequence on the importance of food coupons. A group of children plays hide-and-seek near an ice cream vendor. A child approaches to buy an ice cream and discovers his pocket is empty. The children read a poster affixed to a tree regarding the Savings Enterprise. The child leads the other children running to a coupon book selling point. The child exchanges handshakes with administrative members of the Consumers Union as the first enterprise supporter.
