Interior Minister Israel Bar Yehuda, Interior Ministry and martial law representatives arrive at the Arab village Tayibe to inaugurate the local electricity line. The guests are welcomed by the village leaders. The villagers sit in the square. Israeli flags and a sign in Hebrew and Arabic reading For Light and Peace hang over the stage. The Interior Minister and a village leader address the audience. At the end of the ceremony, the village is connected to the electricity grid and the village lights are turned on.
