Two women, Odil Dalal and Simcha Horesh, who immigrated to Israel from Iraq, talk about the situation of the Jews in Iraq and the execution of their spouses. During the rule of the Ba’ath Party, in the years 1968-1973, the Jews in Iraq suffered harassment from the authorities, their property was confiscated and they were denied freedom of movement. About fifty Jews were executed, as a result, many fled and arrived in Israel, partly with the assistance of the Mossad. The two tell about the life of the Jewish community, family life, and absorption in Israel.
