A documentary film produced by the United Jewish Appeal.
What happened to those child Holocaust survivors, 20 years after the deportation of the ship that was supposed to bring them to Israel – the Exodus – from the port of Haifa by the British Mandate in 1947? What kind of people did they grow up to be? This film traces those children, and those who helped them on their journey such as the school principal Yaakov Tobiash, and Golda Mintz the paratrooper, and presents those children who were found, as adults in Israel – farmers, teachers, managers, and soldiers.
