The film, produced by the Israel Film Service, describes the activities of the hostels managed by the Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority. The film presents the struggle of Yarik Mazariani, a new immigrant from Ukraine, who continuously uses drugs. After three months of rehabilitation at the rehab unit in Hadassah Ein Kerem, he arrives at the Beer Sheva Hostel in a move that should get him back on track. The hostel includes therapeutic staff members and instructors who provide support in the rehab process, help in finding a job, and group and individual therapy in the evening. The intensive treatments give Yarik tools to deal with pressures and thus preserve the rehabilitation process.
