An episode of the childrens television show Danny Dina, produced by the Israeli Film Service in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Education, and the National Council for the Prevention of Road Accidents, and aimed to educate children about road traffic safety. The plot centers around siblings Danny and Dina as they learn about road safety while going about their daily routine in their neighborhood and with their friends. In this episode, the children watch the news reporting a fugitive criminal, and when Yossi and his friend go down to the street, they mistake a stranger as the fugitive man from the television. The kids follow the stranger, and while tracking him they commit various traffic offenses, and Danny is almost hit by a car. A policeman explains to Danny that it is forbidden to skip over a guardrail, nor cross a road divided by a separating area. The stranger turns out to be a Canadian tourist visiting Danny and Dinas neighbors.
