A French engineer who is a consultant on the National Water Carrier of Israel infrastructure mega project has a family crisis during his stay in Israel of all times. His wife is bored senseless, having failed to click with the locals, save for one local engineer who has befriended her. With her husband working around the clock, the wife becomes increasingly suspicious that he has gotten a little too chummy with his attractive assistant. However, any and all tensions between the two fly out the window as soon as they learn of their little girl’s disappearance.
The father is convinced that she has been kidnapped by the Syrians who are keen on sabotaging Israel’s national water main scheme, however the local police chief has other theories and as such, orders a massive search-and-rescue operation.
