The cotton-spinning machines in the Israel Cotton Mills factory stand still, and on the tarmac outside of the Aderet factory in Herzliya, a chalk inscription announces a walkout during the textile industry workers strike. The laborers, demanding a pay raise, gather and discuss their situation. Following three weeks of strikes in the different factories, Minister of Trade and Industry Pinchas Sapir, head of Histadruts labor union department Aharon Becker, and President of the Manufacturers Association of Israel Arie Shenkar sign an agreement that ends the crisis.
