Hundreds of youth movement members stand before the balcony waving Israeli flags and red flags. Thousands of workers march on the streets of Tel Aviv. Tel Aviv residents observe from sidewalks, balconies and rooftops. The parade is led by Minister of Trade and Industry Pinchas Sapir and Schechter. Following are Histadrut and trade union representatives, Tel Aviv neighborhood residents and pioneering youth. Foreign guests, public representatives and Histadrut heads sit on the stage and watch the parade.
