The Negev desert landscape. Bnei Akiva members prepare the construction area, installing water pipes as Bedouin men sit and watch them nearby. At night the new settlers sit around tables and listen to a speaker and a singing choir. In morning a convoy arrives and construction material are unloaded. Men pray in the presence of Rabbi Nerya. Construction continues. Women install a barbed wire fence and men lift plates of houses and cabins. Bedouin men arrive to the area on camels. A flag on a mast with a sign in Hebrew: Alumim Bnei Akiva Group, First Akiva. The new settlers carrying a Torah scroll under a wedding canopy, dance the Hora and read from the Torah scroll.
