Procession in the streets of Tel Aviv. A motorcycle leads the procession followed by a marching band. Following is Mr. Levi Eshkol, Head of the Histadrut. A parade of red flags and various youth movement. Banners in English: Brotherhood of Nations – Unity of Workers – Solidarity with Arab Workers in Palestine. Banners in Hebrew: Free Immigration – Mass settlement – A Jewish state. A float with a model of a ship with the Hebrew writing: Aliyah. Delegates from kibbutzim and factories carry flags and placards. A delegation of the Noar Haoved. A delegation of Hagana members. Decorated vehicles pass by. Folk dancers dancing. Participants enter the parade in the stadium. People on stage including Levi Eshkol, who then gives a speech. The delegations continue to arrive. Participants arrange in formation on the field in slogans. The children of Borchov neighborhood celebrating. They marching on a field and perform word formations.
