Dedication of a training ground for the prevention of traffic accidents in Ramat Gan. Ramat Gan Mayor Avraham Krinitzi cuts the ceremonial ribbon. The training ground includes miniature cars, bicycles, road signs, and traffic lights. The mayor and representatives of the Road Safety Council award prizes to children who have won an essay competition on road safety. After the ceremony, hundreds of children from Ramat Gans schools go out to parade through the city streets carrying signs of the importance of Road Safety. Another road safety conference is held in Haifa. Prizes and certificates are distributed to outstanding students. The Haifa Youth Orchestra leads a parade of hundreds of children and teenagers carrying signs of the importance of road safety.
