Ofra Sarel-Koren is a documentary film director, writer, and producer. Her graduation project at Tel Aviv University’s Department of Film and Television Studies, My Grandmother is a Lot of Stories (1989, 28min) won Best Israeli Short at the Jerusalem Film Festival. She later went on to direct a host of films and news stories for investigative reporting programme, Uvda (‘fact’). Highlights of her credits include The House where Cockroaches Live a Ripe Old Age (1996), and The Wing Maker (2004).
