A segment from a film produced by the Israeli Film Service and the Ministry of Education and Culture, which reviews the development of the Hebrew script over thousands of years, following the transformation from the format of symbols and signs of a simple ancient drawing, then to specific letters which make up the current Hebrew alphabet. The following clip demonstrates the transition from symbols to specific signs which are engraved on archeological artefacts such as jugs and potsherds dated back to the 17th century BC and until 8th century BC, reviewing the development of the hebrew script while using animation and graphic design (Directors: Aryeh Mambush and Nina Maio, narrator: Daniel Peer, producer: Yigal Ephrati)
