The film is led by a cartoon character a boy in a bucket hat, shorts, and sandals (reminiscent of Srulik, the famous character created by the cartoonist Dosh), who represents the State of Israel. the film consists of various cartoons published in the Israeli and international press, animation created on the basis of the cartoons and original animation, and the character Israel recounts the historical events. The boy talks about the hostility of Arab countries to Israel from the moment of its birth, about the Arab aggression with Russian encouragement that led to the war, about the war itself, the discussions at the UN, and about Israels victory and its strive for peace.
