A short documentary produced by the Israeli Film Service following the visit of 4 African presidents to Israel.
On November 2, 1971, the presidents of the four countries, Zaire, Cameroon, Senegal, and Nigeria, visit Israel to strengthen ties with Israel and try to help Israel and Egypt reach direct negotiations.
They were greeted by President Zalman Shazar and Golda Meir and African students studying in the International Cooperation Program in Israel. The presidents were received at the airport in Lod, and after the ceremony, they arrived at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem. During their visit, they held talks in the Knesset regarding Israels security, and at the end of a long working day, an acceptance ceremony was held in their honor in the Knesset. After a visit to the Old City and a banquet in the Knesset, the leaders bid farewell at the airport and return to their countries.
