A documentary film produced as part of the project “Israeli Archive for Painting and Sculpture – Documentation in Films.”
Chaim Nahor was born in Poland in 1914 and immigrated to Israel at 20. He studied various techniques and styles with well-known artists such as Yaakov Steinhardt. He discovered the style of Impressionism, which allowed him to express his inner world through rich, colorful abstract landscape paintings and silk prints.
