An excerpt from the film “The Postai Family”, produced by the Israel Film Service, presents the story of the Postai family’s immigration to Israel in 1968. The family members tell how they managed to immigrate to Israel and the challenges they faced. At that time it was almost impossible to come up with a large number of children so the family had to split up. First, the father and his two older children came up, and later his wife and the other children joined. After fulfilling their dream of immigrating to Israel, the family members tell how they came to Moshav Ben Shemen and why they chose to go there.
