An excerpt from Absorption and Protest, a documentary produced by the Israeli Film Service in cooperation with the Ministry of Absorption.
A boy who immigrated to Israel from the Soviet Union is presented to his new classmates. While the pupils promise their teacher to be friendly with the new immigrant, they confess in an interview that in reality, they bully him: I hate him, I must beat him, says one of the children.
