A short film, produced by the Israeli Film Service in collaboration with the Association for Better Housing.
“In the beginning, the earth was formless; then, order was obtained; then the tenants came, and the earth was formless once again.” This film encourages public housing tenants to actively participate in the maintenance of their houses. The film mentions the assistance given by the Association for Better Housing to resident managers, but holds the tenants themselves responsible for keeping things tidy: “this is all yours. Keep it. The key is only in your hands.”
