The film A Settlement Arose was produced by the Film Service Ministry of Education and Culture in collaboration with the Settlement Division – The Zionist Organization. In 1971, units of the Nahal nucleus came to the ground and established the Naaran settlement in the Jordan Valley. The film presents the processes of establishing the settlement, from the planning stage to establishing the plans in the field, against the background of music combined with short interviews of the settlements founders who tell about the existing crops in the settlement and the families and children living there.
