The film Pilgrimage, was produced by the Nehora Institute and describes the traditional custom of immigrating to Jerusalem on three pilgrimages as mentioned in the Mishnah and was practiced during the Second Temple period, according to a comprehensive study by Professor Shmuel Safrai. Dr. Yehezkel Cohen talks about the road maps from which the pilgrims came, combining paintings and photographs and drawings of road stations, accessories, tools (some of which were also found in archeological excavations), and the special experience of Jerusalem during the three holidays, Passover, Shavuot, and Sukkot.
